Key Commands:
Holding S shows how it will actually look
Hold Shift to lock proportions while resizing
Hold Alt to keep center while resizing
In clip selection mode:
  Left click a point to remove that point
  Right click a point to edit that point
  Right click a line to add a point from there
Press L to toggle lock proportions
Press P to toggle center while resizing
Press C to toggle clip selection mode
Press Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+X to Undo/Redo
You can use the arrow keys to move the picture
Alt+Mouse Wheel will change the Opacity

Things to add/do:
Zoom in main area
Rotate image
Improve Opera support
Select a transparent color
Add text/drawings

Browsers:
Works wonderfully in Firefox
Not as good in Opera:
  slow at times, bad arc drawing, cursors don't show,
  no alpha for images, won't listen to right clicks
IE is terrible, but is technically usable:
  no mouse at all, very slow, no zoom,
  no alpha, toolbar doesn't look as good, menus don't show
  no clipping, redownloads images
Have only tested in Firefox 2.0, Opera 9.0, IE 6.0.
